Concert at VEX with Heavy Crown

On Friday, May 24, 2024, we'll be on stage at Vacarme Exquis (the VEX) in Bourg-lès-Valence, for a night we're sharing with our friends from Heavy Crown.

Opening the Night

The show starts at 9:00 PM, and we, August Is Gone, will have the honor of kicking things off. Blending post-hardcore and metal, we'll deliver a set true to the spirit that has driven us from the start.

As always, everything is homemade: writing, composition, recording, mixing, and mastering. This concert is a chance to bring our universe to life on stage and share the energy of our tracks with you, including our latest single Drowning In The Unknown.

Heavy Crown in the Second Half

From 10:30 PM, Heavy Crown will take the stage. The trio from Valence will perform a one-hour set, featuring two brand-new tracks. If you've never seen them live, this is the perfect time to check them out.

A Unique Venue: Vacarme Exquis

The VEX is a bar-restaurant-concert hall, a true hub of cultural life. Since its opening a year ago, it has become a central spot on the local scene. For lunch, they offer homemade dishes and desserts that change weekly. In the evening, the menu features tapas, burgers, and salads, all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
